Whopping sum of Rs 5 crores for Beti B’s pictures?

Mumbai: Megastar Amitabh Bachchan had categorically said that he wouldn’t ever sell pictures of his granddaughter to any media orgnisation. Even proud father of the newborn, Abhishek Bachchan had refused to show pictures of the youngest member of the Bachchan parivaar. The family has been telling people to respect their privacy. According to a website, the family has been offered a whopping Rs 5 crore contract by a couple of international magazines as compensation for exclusive pictures of Big B’s granddaughter. How far the news is true, we will have to wait and watch. But Big B had earlier tweeted, “To those that clamour for baby’s picture, I have said it before, it will not be happening... do understand, it’s personal.” The family was also very upset with morphed pictures of Aishwarya and her newborn in circulation on the web. And the veteran actor was quick enough to trace the original picture that was photoshopped.
