London: Cheryl Cole, a pretty important person (PIP) who mingles with Royal PIPs that include Prince Harry, Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cambridge, has finally decided to open up about what it’s really like.
The 29-year-old singer seems to be living in a big shiny social tomato, while the Royals are its other inhabitants.
“Prince Charles is very funny,” the Mirror quoted her as telling Grazia.
“The first time I had tea with him at Clarence House, I had an etiquette lesson on how to address him. But I forgot to say Prince, and just called him Charles, which was embarrassing and someone started coughing at my mistake behind me to correct me. But he couldn’t stop laughing,” she said.
She sounded like she’s even closer to Duchess Kate.
“Kate is really down to earth,” she said.
“We talked about fashion and she said she loved my music. She was incredibly girly and sweet,” Cole said.
But, unsurprisingly, the member of the Royal Family who Cheryl’s decided to settle down with and have babies with and live happily ever after with been getting along best with is Harry.
“Everybody knows I have a soft spot for Harry.
“He’s cute. I’ve met him several times and we laugh about it. It’s a bit of banter between us. He’s so ordinary and a normal 27-year-old who is living in a crazy world and we can bond over that,” she added.
