Ashley Judd splits from racer husband Dario Franchitti

Los Angeles: Actress Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti, her husband of 13 years, have split.

The couple got engaged in December 1999 and tied the knot in December 2001 in Scotland in a private ceremony, the People magazine reported. "We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We`ll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed," Judd, 44, and Franchitti, 39, said in a statement. PTI
