Washington: An arrest warrant has been issued for Cuba Gooding, Jr. after he allegedly shoved a female bartender against a wall at a French Quarter bar in New Orleans.
The bartender told police that Gooding arrived at the Bourbon Street bar around three in the morning with a group of people.
Customers soon recognized the "Jerry Maguire" star and started asking him to pose for pictures with them, which made him “very aggravated”.
The bartender said she approached Gooding, who was at this point was verbally abusing his fans, and asked him to calm down, following which he "allegedly pushed her away with an open hand".
A co-worker called the police and the bartender told Gooding that he needed to leave.
"Gooding then allegedly pushed her again, and left the bar," police said, adding that he is wanted for "municipal battery".
Although the police was called, no arrests were made at that time.
