London: Music mogul Simon Cowell says he will never quit the UK because he loves working with English people.
Cowell, 52, who spends most of the year in his LA mansion, especially since he launched the `US X Factor`, has kept a pad in London and has vowed to keep coming back to his home country, Daily Mirror reported.
"I love fish and chips, proper curry and I love working with an English audience... I`m not one of those Brits who went off to America and said I`m not coming back, I would never do that. I come back to recharge my British batteries," he said.
Cowell will also join Amanda Holden and others on the `Britain`s Got Talent` panel after a year-long absence.
"The highlight is the unpredictability. I always think I`m never going to be surprised but then, just when I`m thinking `this is not going well`, somebody comes on and just blows you away ? that`s happened a few times. That`s what I love about these auditions, somebody being good when you just don`t see it coming."
