London: Retirement is one thing that Arnold Schwarzenegger is not thinking of at the moment.
The 65-year-old actor, who is back into acting with a string of films lined up this year, said that “retirement is for sissies.”
The ‘Terminator’ star said that the word doesn’t enter his vocabulary because he was always taught to be useful and work.
“So after six hours of sleeping I wake up and I feel guilty that I’m still in bed. I have to get up and do things. I’m happiest when I can be productive,” the Mirror quoted him as saying.
It was only seven years later, towards the end of his second term as governor of California, he tentatively decided to test the waters to see if a return to acting was possible.
But, he admitted that he had his doubts as to whether he would be accepted after his long break.
“The fear in me was that there would be a new breed of action heroes coming up while I was away. Well, that didn’t happen,” he said.
