Karl Lagerfeld`s comment upsets Pippa Middleton

Los Angeles: Socialite Pippa Middleton is reportedly upset with fashion designer Karl Lagerfeld`s comment on her looks.

Lagerfeld caused controversy recently by saying that Middleton should hide her face as she is not beautiful. However, the 28-year-old has remained silent on the comment, but is hurt by it. "Pippa`s devastated by Karl`s cruel comments. She has always been confident about her looks. But she doesn`t want to retaliate and start a war of words. Her friends have tried to make her laugh about it as Karl is hardly a supermodel himself," a magazine has quoted a source as saying. The designer had praised Pippa`s elder sister Kate Middleton calling her a romantic beauty. IANS
