New Delhi, Nov 17: HRD minister Murli Manohar Joshi today said the video tape allegedly showing Union Minister Dilip Singh Judeo accepting bribe could be "doctored". In an apparent swipe at Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi, the minister also indicated these things could be done only in that congress-ruled state.

Asked whether he felt the tapes were doctored, Joshi said while he has not seen the visuals "it can surely be doctored. Nowadays, technology is so advanced that many things can happen."

The minister observed "in politics today, to frame a person, any frame can be made".
