Miranda Kerr sells bachelorette pad amidst split rumours

London: Victoria`s secret model Miranda Kerr has reportedly sold her Manhattan bachelorette pad after telling friends that she wants more room for her family.

The 29-year-old has moved out of the apartment in the hip New York building that was designed by, and named after, Jade Jagger, after putting it on the market for USD 1.345 million, reported Daily Mail. The model has shrugged off all rumours about her marriage to actor Orlando Bloom, and has said she wants more space for their two-year-old son Flynn and their family. Kerr first put the apartment on the market in November 2010 for USD 1.395 million and then reduced the price by 16 percent to USD 1.175 million in February 2011. However, it is currently listed as being in contract after being put on the market again for USD 1.345 million. Kerr originally bought the property for USD 1,084,436 in 2006 and also purchased a smaller apartment on the same floor, which is currently being rented - and had been used for Flynn`s nanny, according to friends. "Miranda said she was moving out and she wants more space for her family," a source said. The sale dashes speculation of a marriage split - stirred after Kerr appeared without her wedding ring and was spotted partying with Leonardo DiCaprio. PTI
