New Delhi: Actress-cum-singer Priyanka Chopra, who has been bagging compliments for the role of an autistic girl in ‘Barfi!’, has revealed that it was due to her ‘good friend’ that she found it easy to portray the character of Jhilmil in the film.
And that special friend is none other than Shah Rukh Khan who helped PeeCee get into the skin of an autistic person by sharing his insights with her. Priyanka, 30, said Shah Rukh lent his research of autism from ‘My Name is Khan’, where his character showed a mild form of the disorder. "Also thank you SRK for lending me all your ‘My name is Khan’ research, you gave me perspective on Jhilmil..owe you another one..love always," she declared on twitter.
