Ford to do cameo in `Blade Runner` sequel?

London: Actor Harrison Ford is likely to do a cameo in the sequel to `Blade Runner` movie.

Harrison starred as the titular character, Rick Deckard, in the original movie, which featured Daryl Hannah, Rutger Hauer and Sean Young. Filmmaker Ridley Scott believes the legendary actor would be an "amusing" addition to the sequel. "I don`t think it`ll be Harrison (starring). But I`ve got to have him in it somewhere. That`d be amusing," independent.co.uk quoted Scott as saying. He has lined up original `Blade Runner` screenwriter Hampton Fancher to pen the script of the sequel, which will focus on a female protagonist. IANS
