Washington: Miley Cyrus has revealed that she turns down those roles that could make her fiancé Liam Hemsworth jealous.
The ‘Hannah Montana’ star, who got engaged to the Australian actor in this year, makes sure to take her fiancé’s feelings into consideration when she gets offered work as she doesn’t think any role is worth ruining a relationship over.
“I’ve turned down scripts, because I felt like it was things that not only make me feel uncomfortable, but I don’t think any career is worth stressing out the person that you love the most or making them feel hurt. So, we both give each other boundaries,” Contactmusic quoted Cyrus as telling in an interview on ‘On Air with Ryan Seacrest’.
The 19-year-old American actress and singer also admitted that she feels more secure, after getting engaged as she no longer needs to worry about his on-screen romantic pairings.
“It’s a thing, but it’s not a thing. At this point we’re engaged, like we’re forever. I think if I was a girlfriend and all this stuff would happen I would feel like I need to show my ownership,” she said.
