Gwyneth Paltrow reveals ‘bee venom’ as beauty secret

London: Gwyneth Paltrow has disclosed that she applies the same beauty product as the Duchess of Cambridge - bee venom. The 39-year-old actress gushes about the many uses for honey based products on her website.

She confessed that she uses the same product reportedly loved by Duchess Kate and her stepmother-in-law the Duchess of Cornwall. “I was recently given bee venom therapy for an old injury and it disappeared. I was recommended bee pollen, raw honey and propolis for various purposes,” a leading daily has quoted her as saying on her website. “So far, these recommendations have worked for me,” she added. Paltrow who has two children – Apple and Moses with Coldplay front man Chris Martin – also recommends shunning pricier potions in favour of a homemade facial scrub created from ground almonds, raw oats, honey and lemon.
