New Delhi: If you`re interested to be an insider to Bollywood gossip, and to rub shoulders with the Who`s Who of tinsel town, here`s your chance - a new TV show `The Chosen One`.

The show, to be aired on UTV Stars, is essentially a hunt for a face, who will represent the channel. One lucky girl from 10 shortlisted candidates will get the title of `The Chosen One`. The title will enable the winner to be the face of the channel in a year-long association. The 10 girls will be chosen via on-ground auditions to be held in five different cities across the country Set in the backdrop of a five-star hotel, the girls will be put through several tasks to test their mettle. Each of the tasks will be designed and judged by directors, fashion designers, make- up artists and Bollywood actors themselves. Each episode will feature one film star and one behind-the-scene star to put the contestants through a series of tasks. The show will be hosted by Shamoly Khera and Imam Siddique. It is slated to go on air May 12. IANS
