Washington: Scarlett Johansson has revealed that her ‘We Bought a Zoo’ co-star Matt Damon cried “like a baby” when he had to shoot scenes with snakes for the film.
Although the 41-year-old actor is famous for his tough guy roles, but he wasn’t keen on his slithery co-stars and was “terrified” when he had to shoot scenes with the reptiles, revealed Johansson.
“(I watched) Matt Damon cry like a baby and rock back and forth when the snakes were spread all over the set,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling People magazine.
“He was pretty terrified. He was definitely sweating a bit, and maybe the sweat formed in the corner of his eye. I said, ‘Matt, these kids are practically juggling the snakes. Hold it together’,” she said.
Damon has already confessed that he has a phobia of snakes and accused Scarlett, who grew up surrounded by nature, of tormenting him on set over his fear.
“I’m afraid of snakes. And I got bullied into interacting with them by Scarlett and the kids,” he said.
