Mumbai: Politics and cinema have had a longstanding relationship in India. And, it seems, our very own action star Ajay Devgn is taking the legacy further.
Devgn will play a proud host to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on August 31 in Ahmedabad. The actor who is currently shooting for Sajid Khan’s ‘Himmatwala’ will take a chartered flight to the city to host a bash for Modi. The Minister has planned out a ‘hang out session’ on a social networking site.
Devgn and Modi share a very cordial relationship and are reportedly in constant touch. The actor’s inclination towards Modi’s government became apparent when he invested in solar power plant early this year in Gujarat.
Here’s wishing the
neta-abhineta duo a happy ‘hang out session’.
