Mumbai: Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor says that she feels blessed to be a part of "Raanjhanaa". The actress will be seen playing different ages in the film and said that it was an incredible opportunity.
"It was a great process. I play two different ages. You have to perform differently and your voice is different too. It was an incredible opportunity. I am blessed to be a part if Raanjhanaa," she said that the launch of a new Colgate product called `Colgate Visible White` held here Thursday evening.
Talking about the look in the film, Sonam said that it was simple.
"I have a simple look for `Raanjhanaa`. I am not so beautiful and glamorous in the film," she said.
Sonam will be seen opposite Tamil actor Dhanush in the film. The actress also added that she had fun shooting the film.
"It was fun. I had the most incredible time. You will be able to see the chemistry on screen," she said.
Sonam is the brand ambassador for `Colgate Visible White` along with ace designer Manish Malhotra. Manish has organized an entire fashion line for the summer based on Colgate colours -red and white. The designer showcased his contemporary collection of saris, long kurtas over loose pants for women and ethinic kurta pajamas and jackets for men. Sonam, who was the showstopper, looked fabulous in a red lehenga choli with silver embroidery at the bottom.
Talking about the brands which she endorses, Sonam said that she goes for classic brands which ensure her quality as well as exclusivity. The actress added that she has convinced her father, actor Anil Kapoor to also do the same.
"The kind of brands which I do are all classic brands. I don`t sign anything which I don`t believe in. I have explained this to dad too," she said.
