Lata Mangeshkar proud of India's youth

Mumbai: Veteran singer Lata Mangeshkar says she feels proud of the country`s "confident" youth.

"Youth is the hope and future of a nation. Today, our youngsters are focussed, confident and hard working... very proud of them! I wish them the very best," she posted on Twitter. The 83-year-old had earlier this year, announced plans of launching a new reality show with a new voting pattern for young talent. IANS
