1) To access your bank's online banking site always type in the correct URL. Eg. type http://www.xyzbank.com/ into your browser window.
2) Never click a link that offers to take you to your bank's website.
3) Always remember your Internet or Mobile Banking password and change it at least once a month.
4) Every time you complete your online banking session, log off from the banking site. Do not just close your browser.
5) Ensure that no one sees you entering your PIN at an ATM
6) Never share your Password or PIN or OTP, or CVV on phone, e-mail, SMS with anyone, even if the person claims to be a Bank employee
7) Avoid accessing your Internet Banking account at Cyber cafes or in public Wi-Fi zones
