WhatsApp may soon have music sharing, bigger emojis features

New Delhi: It looks like that the instant messaging platform WhatsApp is planning to introduce two new features - music sharing and larger emojis

According to a report published in German website Macerkopf, the new features, though so far spotted in the iOS beta version, users can share songs with their contacts. The recipient will be able to see album art as well as a music icon.

Currently, the audio files do not have this functionality.

WhatsApp is also planning to bring in larger emojis, just like Apple did--unveiled larger emojis with iOS 10.

WhatsApp is reportedly also working on GIF image support and video calling.
