Ending all speculations, Governor Raghuram Govind Rajan formally announced the decision that he is not keen on a second term at the helm of the country`s central bank and will return to academia when his tenure ends in September 4.

As soon as Rajan's decision was out in the media, Twitter was flooded with a mix of reactions.
