New Delhi: Royal Estates is the Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's latest housing project in Dubai that is worth Dh2.3-billion.

An affordable housing project, tt will have over 2,500 apartments with the Studio units being priced @ Dh284,888, Emirates24/7 reports.

Launched in 2008, it was put on hold due to global financial crisis. However, it was re-launched in August 2014.
