Shiv Sena lauds Wankhede guard for confronting “rude” Shah Rukh Khan

Mumbai: Vikas Dalvi, the guard who has risen to the stature of a superhero for the Shiv Sainiks after putting up a “brave act” against Shah Rukh Khan has indeed become the party’s new poster boy. Dalvi and SRK apparently had a scuffle at the Wankhede stadium that subsequently incited the Mumbai Cricket Association to impose a 5 year ban on the actor. News has it that to applaud Dalvi for his “courageous act”, Shiv Sena might felicitate him. The party put up posters across the city applauding Dalvi. The poster read, “Arey Shabbash! Kadvad Marathya, Tujhe Salam. Uddam, tarrar Shah Rukh Khanala, security guard Vikas Dalvi Shikavali addad.” (Bravo! Staunch Marathi, greetings. You teach a lesson to aggressive and rude Shah Rukh Khan.)” Talking to DNA, Harshal Pradhan, Shiv Sena’s spokesperson said, “Dalvi didn’t lose his cool even before the aggressive Shah Rukh Khan who was showing off his wealth. Dalvi deserves the praise, that’s why we are praising him. There is no politics behind it.” It seems the rift between SRK and the Shiv Sena will never cease to exist!
