New Delhi: Farhan Akhtar, who featured as the first guest of ` The Boss Dialogues `-which is a series of intimate conversations with the renowned personalities, revealed that he did not take films seriously in school and college.
When asked how and from where he entered this field of telling fiction and fantasies, Akhtar said that he never took films seriously but when he had to do a job he decided that film-making would be best suited for him.
"I really didn`t think about films that seriously when I was in school or college. I really enjoyed watching movies but I never ever thought that I would be making them or writing them. But, you do have fantasies to be in a certain film or to be a part of it when you are a fan." he said
"But that was really not an extend that how far it went and its really strange because of the threat almost to be thrown out of home that I must get a job and it felt like a very natural thing to me, since that`s my interest that I should do something in films," Akhtar added.
The 39-year-old said that time allows him to manage to do his best in so many fields like acting, directing, script writing and many others.
"Its weird but time just presents itself in the ways they want me to do it. So, that`s really how it happens. I don`t go out of my way to make time to do it. More often if a decision is made that this is what I want to do and just do stuff towards that direction," he said.
