Bogi festival: Smoke disrupts flight services in Chennai
The Chennai International Airport witnessed massive smoke due to the burning of old articles on Bogi festival.
CHENNAI: Ahead of Pongal festival, at least 12 arriving flights were on Saturday diverted and 30 departing flights were delayed in Chennai due to smoke.

Bogi festival, also known as Bhogi, is the first day of the four-day-long Pongal festival.
It is celebrated in the honour of Lord Indra who is believed to be 'the God of Clouds and Rains'.
