New Delhi: In a major move, Tata Sons on Friday made organisational changes following the ouster of Cyrus Mistry as the chairman of the company.


Following the change, S Padmanabhan will now head human resources while Mukund Rajan has been given the responsibility of overseeing operations of the overseas representative offices of Tata Sons in the USA, Singapore, Dubai and China.


To make it easier to understand, here are the who's who of Tata Sons after the organisational changes.


S Padmanabhan: Appointed Head of Group Human Resources besides leading the Tata Business Excellence Group. This is in addition to his existing responsible of ethics and sustainability


Mukund Rajan: Additional responsibility to see operations of the overseas representative offices of Tata Sons in the USA, Singapore, Dubai and China. His existing responsibility is of ethics and sustainability.


Harish Bhat: Responsible for managing the Tata Brand. Interim duty includes overseeing the functions of Strategy and Business Development.


Gopichand Katragadda: Will continue to be the Group Chief Technology Officer.


Sanjay Singh: Will oversee the Public Affairs function out of the Delhi office.


Nirmalya Kumar, N S Rajan and Madhu Kannan: Quit. They are members of the now-disbanded Group Executive Council set up by Cyrus Mistry.
