New Delhi: Virender Sehwag's sense of humour might be one of the most talked about topics on social-media lately, but the Nazafgarh ka Sultan says he doesn't know how to troll people.
The 38-year-old, widely regarded as one of the most entertaining batsmen to have played cricket across formats, has become a huge hit on Twitter, where he wishes cricketers and other celebrities from across the globe on their birthdays in trademark style.
Thanks to his hilarious tweets, the fans now call him 'Twitter's Comedy King' as well as 'Master-troller'. However, Sehwag says he doesn't know how to troll and focuses on making people laugh by writing funny stuff on Twitter.

“I don’t know how to troll people, but there are many out there talking with that intent. I just write something funny that would make people laugh. I believe in wishing my colleagues and other celebs in a manner that brings my wit out and gives people a talking point. But there are people who love and those who hate you. That’s part of a celeb’s life,” Sehwag told Hindustan Times.
Sehwag further added that since he was no more a part of the game as a batsman, he makes sure there is no dearth of entertainment for his fans as he continues to enthrall them on social media.
“Someone enjoys your batting, and someone, your humour. Since I’m not batting any longer, I can at least say some words, so people enjoy and give me compliments too,” Viru added.
From Anil Kumble, to VVS Laxman, everybody has publicly praised Sehwag's skills on Twitter.
Even in the commentary box, Viru doesn't hesitate in trolling his fellow commentators every now and then. He has revolutionised Hindi commentary to a great extent and several fans now listen to commentary only to hear his witty one-liners.
