India vs Australia, 3rd Test: Virat Kohli makes a mockery of DRS-less Steve Smith — WATCH

New Delhi: A recuperating Indian captain Virat Kohli on Saturday mocked the Australian cricket team after their skipper Steve Smith wasted a DRS review on Cheteshwar Pujara.

The on-field camaraderie between the two teams are at a new low when after the infamous DRS controversy in Bengaluru during the second Test.

But for the better part of the Ranchi Test was going smoothly, without any trouble from either side. But Day 3 witnessed a sarcasm riddled clapping from the Indian skipper when the third umpire turned down a review.

In happened off the last ball of 58th over, when Steve O'keefe generated a huge LBW shout against Pujara. Umpire Nigel Llong turned down the appeal, but Smith & Co were not happy.

They took the review, it returned a negative as Ultra Edge confirmed bat first, leaving Aussies with no review.

Then, the broadcasters turned the camera towards the Indian dressing room, and caught Kohli mocking the review.

Kohli's reaction to the review might have stemmed from the fact that he was given out on a similar circumstance in the last Test.
