New Delhi: Kolkata Knight Riders seemed to have made efficient use of the auction to overhaul their squads ahea of the 10th season of Indian Premier League. The approval for their buys in the auction by top boss Shah Rukh Khan.
While KKR released several mainstays like Brad Hogg, Jason Holder, Morne Morkel, and Shaun Tait ahead of the new season, they acquited the likes of Chris Woakes, Trent Boult, Nathan Coulter-Nile, Rishi Dhawan, and Sayan Ghosh. In the name of Rovman Powell, they seemed to have got the swing-bowling all-rounder they were longing for while Darren Bravo was drafted in as a batsman, and Sanjay Yadav, Ishank Jaggi as spinners.
