The Bangalore batsman had a forgettable limited-overs series against England, where he managed to score just 125 runs from six matches. Even in the one-off Test against Bangladesh, Rahul failed to find his rhythm and was dismissed for scores of 2 and 10 rspectively.


When Rahul posted an update on Twitter on Tuesday, one of the fans tried to troll him for his poor form.
