New Delhi: There's a 'war' going on between India and Australia. And on the eve of the final battle at Dharamsala, a former Aussie star changed sides, and announcing himself as the 'newest Indian'.
Yes, the news of retired fast bowler Shaun Tait becoming an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) came as a good news for many Indians. But not many know, or care to know the reason behind such a move.

And the reason is his wife, Mashoom Singha. They got married in 2014, after more than three years of courtship.
Reports claimed that Tait started dating Singha while he was playing the Indian Premier League (IPL) with the Rajasthan Royals in 2010.
But how much we know about Singha?
She is a Mumbai-based swimsuit model and also a wine marketer. A deadly cocktail to say the least.
She had featured in a swimsuit calendar shoot for Kingfisher on Kangaroo Island in 2005.
The couple own the Hotel Elliot on the Fleurieu Peninsula, near Adelaide.
Mashoom said that Tait proposed her when the couple were in Paris in 2013.
Indian cricketers Yuvraj Singh and Zaheer Khan attended their wedding in Mumbai.
Mashoom’s sister Shamita is also a model, and was the Femina Miss Earth India 2001.
