New Delhi: One of India's most famous cricketer, Yuvraj Singh established an unwanted connection with the famous Bigg Boss television series when the ex-wife of his brother Zorawar, Akanksha Sharma, was named as one of the contestants in the show.
In the latest developments, Akanksha got evicted from the Bigg Boss house, becoming the second contestant of 10th season of the reality series.
In a post-elimination interview, Akanksha revealed some realities of her married life with Yuvi's brother.
As per a report in Bollywood Life, when asked to comment on Yuvraj's Singh's mother's allegations of substance abuse, Akanksha said...
"As far as substance abuse goes, it was there in their family too. Whatever I did was with them. I smoked pot with my husband. Yuvi also told me he smoked pot. It is a very common thing in the industry. My mother-in-law now needs to say something to justify herself."
Akanksha who claimed that the Indian cricketer used to smoke marijuana, also revealed the state of her marriage with Yuvi's brother...
“Firstly, it wasn’t a marriage in the right sense. I was married only in paper. There was nothing in that relationship. I haven’t lied and I am pretty sure of whatever I have said. Nothing happened in my marriage. I am not backing off from what I said. Saying that matter is sub-judice is the safest thing to do.”
