New Delhi: An FIR has been filed against ScoopWhoop co-founder Suparn Pandey after a sexual harassment complaint was filed against him.
The other co-founders of the organisation have also been named in this case, said reports on Wednesday.
According to ANI, the charges against Pandey have been made by a senior executive of ScoopWhoop Media Pvt Ltd.
The complainant had claimed that during two years of her tenure at ScoopWhoop, she faced 'inappropriate comments and lewd remarks' the entire time.
Pandey even openly commented on her sexuality, the victim said, according to media reports.
The Vasant Kunj Police Station has booked Suparn Pandey under Sections, 354 A ( sexual harassment), 509 (insulting the modesty of a woman) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier, Mumbai Police had registered a sexual harassment comlpaint against Arunabh Kumar, the CEO and founder of The Viral Fever.
