Delhi continues to reel under cold; 18 trains running late due to fog

New Delhi: The national capital on Tuesday continues to reel under heavy cold and fog. As many as 18 trains heading to Delhi are running late due to fog and low visibility.

On Monday, the minimum temperature settling at 7 degrees Celsius, three notches below the season's average, while the maximum temperature was recorded at 22.3 degrees Celsius, a notch below the normal, a Met department official said.
