New Delhi: Rebel Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Kapil Mishra on Wednesday launched a 'massive banner campaign' across the national capital against 'corrupt' Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
Huge banners were put across major flyovers in Delhi, including ITO, ISBT, Piragarhi, Wazirabad, Azadpur, Khasjuri, Kale khan, Palam and Dwarka.
The posters read: '100 days of surgical strike against corrupt Arvind Kejriwal'.
Notably, the posters had India Against Corruption marking on it.
Delhi minister Kapil Mishra in June had launched 'India Against Corruption-2' to take on CM Kejriwal.
AAP was formed after some prominent India Against Corruption volunteers including Kejriwal changed their track and took a political plunge.
Mishra has been firing salvos at his former mentor with serious allegations of corruption. The party as well as the government have denied all charges levelled by him.
On May 6, Mishra was sacked by the AAP as a minister in the Delhi government, citing poor performance. A day later, Mishra made allegations of corruption against Kejriwal and Satyendar Kumar Jain. On 8 May, he was suspended from the party.
