NEW DELHI: Train services on Delhi Metro's Yellow Line were hit on Tuesday morning after a person jumped on the tracks.
Metro services were temporarily disrupted from Rajiv Chowk towards Noida City Centre.
However, trains were running smoothly from Rajiv Chowk towards Samaypur Badli.
According to reports, the man jumped on the tracks to commit suicide. He is currently being treated at Lady Hardinge hospital. He was later declared dead.
"The person was shifted to Lady Hardinge Medical College where he was declared 'brought dead'. Further proceedings are being done," reported news agency ANI.

Several commuters took to Twitter report about the delay.
In September last year, a woman allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a Metro train at Chhatarpur.
In another incident, a 23-year-old man had committed suicide by jumping in front of a fast-moving metro train. The deceased was identified as Mayur Sharma, aged 23, who jumped on the tracks at the Jangpura station.
