- Arrangements for Civil Service Coaching for meritorious students

- 200 students will be given free civil services coaching

- Students will be selected through entrance test

- Free coaching along with free accommodation and meals

- 805 crore for my school campaign

- 6 thousand 25 posts of LTR will be created

- 7540 regular teachers will be appointed in secondary schools

- 1799 Junior Assistants, 335 PGTs will be recruited

- 106 high schools will be converted into higher secondary schools

- 170 crores for 'My College', 50 crores for distribution of laptops

- 20 crores in the budget for Odiya University
