Jammu, Oct 15: The chairman of Jammu and Kashmir
National Panthers Party Bhim Singh has said his party would
resist the entry of foreign police in Kashmir valley.
Referring to media reports on the British police trying to
open a station in Srinagar, Singh said, "this move would be
resisted by every nationalist as it would tentamount to
surrendering the internal sovereignty to British imperialism."
"Even Maharaja Hari Singh did not permit British police to enter j and k," he asked the national and patriotic leaders to oppose the move.
He said the entry of British police would mean inviting CIA and ISI to the soil which will prove dangerous to the security of the state.
Accusing United States and United Kingdom for attacking Iraq and threatening the existence of Palestine, he said the two super powers have decided to shift their focus to south east Asia by using Pakistani military dictator.
He charged the central government of playing into the old Anglo-American gameplan and termed the joint Indo-US military exercise in Ladakh as detrimental to national security.
