Srinagar, Oct 11: Calling for an immediate trilateral ceasefire between India, Pakistan and militants, Jammu and Kashmir Mahaz-e-Azadi today asked for a "serious and sustained" dialogue process between the two countries for resolution of Kashmir issue. "There should be an immediate trilateral ceasefire between India, Pakistan and militants in Jammu and Kashmir as people of the state are the worst sufferers of the staus quo," Mahaz-e-Azadi chairman Azam Inquilabi told reporters here.
He said that India, Pakistan and representatives of the state need to start a serious and sustained dialogue process for permanent and durable resolution of Kashmir issue.
Inquilabi said that his party had extended conditional support to Syed Ali Shah Geelani-led Hurriyat Conference provided it did not tamper with the original aims and objectives of the amalgam.
