Los Angeles: Actor Charlie Sheen, whose life has been transparent in the public eye, has reportedly demanded $10 million for a memoir on his life.
The 50-year-old actor's manager Mark Burg revealed that Sheen has been “buried with offers from publishers", reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"When Charlie starred in 'Two and a Half Men', it was a funny comedy, but the idea of $10 million is even funnier,” the New York Post quoted a major publishing house veteran, who didn't wish to be named in case his company took on the book, as saying.
"So much of his life has played out in public, and so much is sordid -- in this case there may be too much information. What's left to find out?” he added.
However, publisher Judith Regan expressed an interest, saying: "I would like to publish his autobiography as an epic poem."
