Tamaso Ma Jyotir gamaya

Mrityorma Amritam gamaya

Om Shanti Shanti Shantihi

ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥

Translation - Lead me from unreal to real; lead me from darkness to light; lead me from death to immortality.

Meaning - Bless me with the knowledge to move from the unreal world to the real; from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge; from the sense of end or death to immortality which leads to immeasurable freedom.
