Advani also called the raids by his government on former Punjab Chief Minister Prakash Singh Badal's properties as undemocratic.
"This is against the federal structure of the country. I want to tell Amarinder Singh that governments come and go, but what his government is doing is undemocratic," said Advani.

Advani was speaking to reporters after meeting a delegation of Akali Dal and Delhi BJP leaders on the issue.
The Punjab government has raided the properties of the Akali leader and his family over the past few days in cases related to misappropriation of funds.
