Supreme Court`s notice to CBI, Centre, Bihar Govt
New Delhi, Mar 12: The Supreme Court on Friday issued notices to CBI, the Centre and the Bihar Government on a PIL seeking independent probe into the allegation of corruption in Rs 30,000 Golden Quadrilateral Project by Satyendra Dubey, a manager of the project in Bihar who was killed by the mafia.

The Court also issued notice on the issue of enacting a "whistle blower" Act to bring in accountability into the Government projects.
The petitioners included father of Satyendra Dubey.
