Lightning claims eight lives in Nepal
Kathmandu, July 27: At least eight people, including three members of a family, were killed and 10 others were injured when lightning struck two villages in Nepal, police sources said.

Three members of a family were killed when lightning struck Bhur village in Jajarkot district of Nepal.
Lightning also struck Chokatria village in the country's northeast, killing five people and leaving 10 others injured.
In a separate incident, three boys drowned in Trishuli river while they were swimming, police added.
