The six-acre Holmby Hills estate in Los Angeles was built in 1927 and has been the location of some of the wildest Playboy parties ever thrown, reported Fox news.

The mansion will apparently be listed for sale within the next month, and Playboy Enterprises - the estate's owner - is looking to get around USD 200 million for the property.

Real estate sources have told that the mansion will probably sell for around USD 80 - USD 90 million, but the building will most likely be torn down as the value is in the six acres of land the mansion stands on.

Prospective buyers can view the property once it goes up for sale, but editors report that Hefner's bedroom is strictly off limits during the house tour.
