Rihanna's joke handbook gives least lunch time to fat people

Los Angeles: Singer Rihanna has come up with strict rules for the employees of her company Fenty Corp, where she has defined lunch time depending on the size of people.

The 27-year-old "Umbrella" hitmaker took to Instagram and Twitter to share a joke employee handbook.

"Skinny people get 30 minutes for lunch as they need to what more, so that they can look healthy... Fat people will only get 5 minutes for lunch, because that's all the time needed to drink a Slim Fast," read the handbook.

The manual also gave the leave guideline saying "each employee will receive 104 personal days a year. They are called Saturday and Sunday."

According to the handbook, the company would not give a salary raise to its employees. She captioned the pictures of the hilarious handbook with the hashtag "FENTYCORP."
