The power of Gayatri mantra is well-known to every devotee and believer. This Vedic mantra was first revealed to Brahmarishi Vishwamitra, as believed by many. The mantra consists of 24 syllables and can be recited as many times as one wants but largely it is chanted thrice a day—morning, evening and night.

Gayatri Mantra:

ॐ भूर्भुवः स्वः तत्सवितुर्वरेण्यम् भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात् |

Om Bhoorbhuvah Swah tatsviturvarenyam Bhargo Devasya Dheemahi Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodayaat |

Vishnu Gayatri Mantra:

ॐ श्री विष्णवे च विद्महे वासुदेवाये धीमहि, तन्नो विष्णुः प्रचोदयात् |

Om Shree Vishnave Cha Vidmahe Vaasudevaaye Dheemahi, Tanno Vishnuh Prachodyaat |

Lakshmi Gayatri Mantra:

ॐ महादेव्यै च विद्महे विष्णु पत्न्यै च धीमहि, तन्नो लक्ष्मीः प्रचोदयात् |

Om Mahadevyai Cha Vidmahe Vishnu Patnayai Cha Dheemahi, Tanno Lakshmih Prachodyaat |
