Washington, July 18: Former US President Bill Clinton is swapping politics for pork chops. The president famous for his love of food has assembled the favourite recipes of some famous pals in a 35- dollar cookbook to raise money for his presidential library foundation.

''The Clinton presidential center cookbook: a collection of
recipes for family and friends'' contains 250 recipes from
celebrities including his former secretary of state Madeleine
Albright, boxer Muhammad Ali, U2 singer Bono, model Christie
Brinkley, comedian Whoopi Goldberg, musician don Henley, music
producer Quincy Jones, actress Sophia Loren, singer/actress/director
Barbra Streisand and Hollywood icon Elizabeth Taylor.
Among the recipes is one for the former president's favourite
chicken enchiladas and the chocolate chip cookies favoured by his
wife, senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.
