Patna, Oct 03: Bihar minister Purnamasi Ram has submitted his reply to the show cause notice served on him by the Rashtriya Janata Dal for making utterances against some party colleagues during RJD's West Champaran district unit election recently. RJD secretary general Ramkripal Yadav, MLC, who had issued the show cause to Ram on September 26 for indiscipline and had threatened him with suspension from the party, confirmed receiving the minister's letter but refused to divulge its details.

Yadav told newspersons here today that the party leadership would decide the future course of action after going through the minister's reply.

Bihar RJD president Abdul Bari Siddiqui said that he has not gone through the reply of ram. Only after studying the contents of the letter, any decision would be taken, he added.
Ram in his reply has reposed full faith in the leadership of party supremo Laloo Prasad Yadav and Chief Minister Rabri Devi, party sources said.

But, he has pointed fingers at chief minister's MLA brother Sadhu Yadav for unnecessary interference in the organisational elections in his native West Champaran.

Ram, minister for food and civil supplies, had charged Sadhu Yadav with trying to pack the party unit with his supporters. He had also criticised state minister Akhilesh Prasad Siwy, the returning officer for the poll, for serving the interest of Sadhu Yadav.
The minister had called for a parallel election on September 30 and both the official and the parallel polls were put off following Laloo's intervention.
