Colombo, Dec 24: Thirteen Bangladesh fishermen who had been drifting for nearly a month were rescued by the Sri lankan Navy today off the Island's North-Eastern coast, officials said. The fishermen in two boats had set out from Bangladesh on November 27, the navy said quoting the victims who identified themselves as Bangladesh nationals. They were picked up some 200 kilometres off the coast of Trincomalee.The Navy has already informed Bangladesh High Commission here, the Navy said. Bureau Report
